I was craving an assortment of baked goods so I did a bunch of research. Bakery Nouveau came up in every search, and for good reason. The twice baked almond croissant is as good as they say - but the coffee cake TRULY wowed me. I’m gonna dream about it until I can make it back to get another slice. Can’t wait to try the other items.

We tried several pastries at Bakery Nouveau and really enjoyed everything! • German Chocolate Cake Slice: The chocolate cake layered with coconut, pecan, and caramel frosting was really good — rich and perfectly balanced. • Twice Baked Almond Croissant: This one was also amazing — flaky, buttery, and full of flavor. • Chocolate Croissant: Delicious as well, though I wish it had been warmed up a little before serving. • Pumpkin Iced Coffee: Great seasonal drink! They make their own pumpkin purée, which gives it a nice, natural flavor. Overall, the experience was really good. It can get a bit crowded and noisy, so it’s not the best spot if you’re looking for a quiet place to study. The line moves quickly, but seating is very limited — only about four tables, with two larger ones. All the associates were friendly, helpful, and made ordering easy.

Mind-blowing doesn’t even begin to cover it 🤯🥰😇🥖☕️ If I could give Bakery Nouveau more than five stars, I would. From the moment you walk in, it feels magical. There’s a glass floor where you can watch chocolate being crafted beneath your feet, and to the left is a whimsical wonderland of hot-air balloons, gelato, chocolates, pastries, breads, tea, and coffee. Front and center is a giant trophy proclaiming “World’s Best Baguette,” and let me tell you… it earns it. I brought my toughest foodie friend from Fremont to judge, and we both agreed, the baguette sandwich is hands-down the best in Seattle. Crackly crust, airy center, and brie so creamy you close your eyes in happiness. Then came the quiche, we didn’t expect it to steal the show, but it did. Truly the best quiche we’ve ever had. Flaky, buttery crust with a silky custard center that felt like savory velvet. We couldn’t stop there… we had to go for dessert and the strawberry pistachio cake delivered. The complexity of this cake was just as powerful as the other two dishes, a gorgeous mousse masterpiece that tasted like springtime in Paris. This isn’t just a bakery. It’s an experience, and one you’ll want to tell everyone about. Run, don’t walk.

Beautifully crafted chocolates, food and pastries.i picked up a slice of the quiche Lorraine and the California club sandwich for later. Both were delicious. I had them heat up the quiche, 10 minutes later it still had a cold spot but was very good. It is fairly expensive and the crowds make it hard to look through the cases and know what you want by the time you're asked to order.

Have been here once before and wanted to come back while we were in the neighborhood. Got a small assortment of pastries for later, the brisket croissant, one of the ham and cheese bagels, a white chocolate mocha, and a latte. To start, this location is beautiful, has a really nice assortment of breads/pastries/cakes, and as always it’s so fun to see through the floor into the chocolate making area. It was busy, even at 9am, so all the employees were hustling to get everyone’s orders. Employees are great, professional, and puttin in the work. The coffees are very good. Latte was simple, but very tasty. I got my white chocolate mocha as a breve, but it was absolutely delicious. I prefer mine iced and I’m very happy with what I got. You can definitely tell the chocolate is house made since it’s not grainy like the chocolate powder mix lot of coffee places use. I got the brisket croissant, which ultimately was very good, but a little heavy for the morning. I couldn’t finish it, but there is a generous amount of brisket in this thing and we had no complaints about it. The ham and cheese bagel was also good. Had nice a crunch to the crust, but inside was soft. It’s what a toasted bagel should be. It was so hard to choose which pastries to get, but I’m most looking forward to eating the caramel apple tart and the pear danish. Generally this bakery is pricey, but for what they offer it’s worth the price considering their time put into making everything fresh. Watching them constantly bring out new items for the case was really nice to see. We didn’t get the quiche this time, though we enjoyed it last time we came in. Looking forward to coming back :)

Delicious pastries, bread, chocolates, and macaroons. Always friendly and helpful staff! This Easter I tried their Hot Cross Buns and they were delicious with lemon icing. I love thier spinach croissant!

This place is BEAUTIFUL in everyway. The employees are efficient and kind all at once which is great when there's a line. I went during peak hour around 11am. The bakery was busy, but it wasn't even 7 mins till we got helped which is honestly great despite the rush. I had gotten the Hot Chocolate and Pear Danish. It was AMAZING! The prices for drinks and pasteries are priced fairly as a pretty well rounded bakery. The confectionary (Chocolates etc) are pricey and so is the macarons, which is usually expect for these luxury goodies. The bread is apparently REALLY GOOD and they have won best Baguette in some sort of competition that's big lol idk they just had a giant trophy and medals from 2024. Definitely a MUST try place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Bakery Nouveau is hands down one of the best bakeries ever. Everything is incredibly fresh, beautifully made, and absolutely delicious. From the pastries to the cakes and breads, every item tastes like it was crafted with care and perfection. The croissants are amazing, the desserts are rich without being overly sweet, and the quality is consistently outstanding every single visit. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and professional. If you are anywhere near Seattle, Bakery Nouveau is a must-visit. Easily one of the top bakery experiences in the Pacific Northwest.

Fun little stop I would not even have expected in Burien. The large pretzel one was delicious and so was my sandwich and tea. I love all the art in the nearby alley.
